Meet and Greets
At Spraoi Tails, we believe trust is built from the first hello. That's why we offer friendly Meet & Greet sessions to get to know you and your furry friend before any bookings are confirmed.
This is a relaxed and informal meeting, either at your home or ours, where:

Your dog can meet Elmo, our resident pup

We can chat about your dog’s personality, routine, and needs

You can see where your dog will stay and ask any questions

We can all make sure it’s a paw-sitive match!
Why it matters:
Every dog is different, and we want to ensure a safe, happy environment that feels just like home. Meet & Greets help us build a bond with your dog and give you peace of mind.
Cancellation
We follow a Moderate Cancellation Policy for dog boarding, and house sitting bookings:

Full refund if cancelled by 12:00 PM (noon), 7 days before the service start date

50% refund if cancelled after 12:00 PM (noon) and within 7 days of the service start date

No refund if cancelled on or after the service start date.
For dog wedding chaperon instead:
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. However, due to the preparation involved in wedding day services, our cancellation policy is as follows:

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of your wedding will not be charged beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding are non-refundable, as your date will have been fully reserved and preparations made.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule or offer credit for a future event, subject to availability.
